Am I considered as a fan if i've watched all movies of the franchise? I'm not much of an auto nut but I do appreciate cars and fast and skillful driving. That's half the reason why I still insist on driving manual (the other half, well, that's what's available. hehe). I admit that the best of the series is still the
first one. All the others are popcorn movies, including this one. Since when did vin diesel become an emo lover boy?
The movie was a glamorized auto show. Fast and furious movies are the only ones where cars are treated as characters themselves, with a personality of its own. Haha. My favorite of the bunch is Phoenix's Ford GT. If we've talked enough, I'm sure I've shared with you already that I dream of owning a GT of whatever year (pag nagasawa ako ng mayaman), ang pogi eh.
In this installment, Paul Walker was still cute but not as charming as he was in the first and second movie. Blame it on the storyline I guess. It's centered on Vin Diesel's plot for revenge. Michelle Rodriguez is prettier now by the way. Not as greasy as before. She looked like she took a bath for the movie.
All in all, it was a movie made for males- hot babes and hot cars. A lot of (unnecessary) girl-on-girl-on-girl kissing inserted and not much pretty boys or shirtless ones at least. (Why was watching again?). But anyone will appreciate it. It's light to watch, quite predictable and full of movie cliches you can make a drinking game out of it. Enjoy the popcorn.

PS, If you've been playing Need for Speed, the movie would look and feel familiar.
