After I watched this, I knew Sean Penn would win the Best Actor Oscar. He is such a brilliant actor here.

The script was very natural and well written. Heavy drama and a very controversial topic. This movie has moved me and may have changed my perspective. On that note alone, a very effective medium for advocating homosexual rights.

P.S. James Franco would make a very good trophy wife. Also Diego Luna.
